We currently ship our products to addresses within Australia and overseas.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping for orders over $85 and a flat rate of $18 for other standard orders Australia wide.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped within Australia. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

For international orders, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Within Australia, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped. For international orders, please allow up to 14-21 business days for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped so that you can track its progress.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at Robust Coffee customer service so that we can resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as weather or carrier disruptions.
