Refund Policy for Robust Coffee

At Robust Coffee, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality coffee products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
  • The product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and send a replacement product as soon as possible.

If you would like to return a product for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds for coffee products that have been opened or used, as these products cannot be resold.
